Tech Marketers Hub is a Non-Profit community established in November 2021 to support underrepresented Tech Marketers in Africa. This community serves to provide a platform for individuals starting their tech marketing career and experienced marketers looking to grow their careers. We offer a platform to network, access to scholarships, learning resources, events and job opportunities.

Feranmi Okafor

Founder


Founded by Feranmi Okafor, a growth marketer with a core focus on tech startups. She’s worked in marketing for 4 years with top African startups to scale quickly without tampering retention. She’s worked with cross-functional tech teams to achieve marketing and brand development goals through community management, growth marketing, product marketing and brand storytelling. Currently, she leads and advises on growth efforts for African focused fintechs looking to drive adoption for nascent products. Feranmi is passionate about helping newbie marketers grow their careers and she does this through mentorship, sharing marketing lessons, public speaking and establishing this community.

Tolu Olawumi is a Product/Growth Marketer with over 4 years of experience working with brands to boost their spotlight either through events, partnerships, or growth campaigns. With her depth of experience and knowledge, she has been able to connect brands to their target audience to achieve their marketing and growth objectives. Tolu believes brands can not only reach their audience but have their audience be invested in the growth of the business as well.She is a community-driven person and has found purpose in working in environments with opportunities to develop and plan programs that benefit tech communities and provide adequate opportunities for tech operators and entrepreneurs alike.
